Ron Paul, who, as a candidate is usually ambushed by Chris Wallace, finally gets a fair interview on Fox News Sunday.
Ron Paul’s run for the 2012 Republican Presidential Nomination has been marred by reports from CNN, and others, in the December 20, 2011 news cycle, that he is a racist. These characterizations are based on some ghost authored newsletters under his name from the late 80′s and early 90′s.
Despite his repeated response that he was unaware of these remarks until years after the fact, his disavowing of these remarks, as well as a complete absence of any recorded audio or video of Ron Paul making any remarks to support these assertions, the mainstream media continues to rehash and resurface these reports with deliberately sensationalist headlines.
Does the fact he has rapidly risen to the top tier in the Republican Primaries, have something to do with establishment media and “establishment” status quot Republican venom being directed his way?
